  4. Risk of Loss: For physical products, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the address you provided. For digital products, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful download or access.

5. Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Policy: We offer a return policy for physical products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  2. Conditions for Returns:
    • The product must be returned within the specified return period.
    • A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.
    • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • Any seals or protective packaging must be intact.
  3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
