If you have changed your mind (Cooling off period)
If you have ordered products from us and decided that you no longer require them, then please contact info@vastrabrands.com by email, including your order number stating your reason for return. This must be done within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
You will be issued a returns number. Returned goods will not be accepted without a valid returns number. Goods must be returned at your expense and liability within 30 days after receipt. You will be refunded by your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
Whilst we understand that people make mistakes when ordering products, the consumer contract regulations 2013 state that we are entitled to charge for any diminished value. Whilst the regulations are extremely vague, we use the following guidelines which we believe are fair.
